We read every message and reply within two business days (Korea Standard Time, Monday to Friday). Messages in English or Korean are both fine.

Reporting something that didn't work

OCR failures are specific to the image, so a description alone is rarely enough to reproduce one. What helps most, in order:

• The image itself, if you are able to share it. This is the single most useful thing — nearly every fix we have made started with one problem photo. If the image is sensitive, a crop of the failing area is usually enough.
• Which tool and which language you selected — the Chinese, Japanese and multilingual paths use different models, so this narrows it immediately.
• What you expected versus what you got. "A whole line is missing" and "the text is there but wrong" are different failures with different causes, as described in this article.
• The coverage figure shown with your result, if it was displayed. It tells us whether the text was found and discarded, or never found at all.

You do not need any of this to write to us — a sentence is fine, and we will ask if we need more.

Privacy requests

For access, correction, deletion, or any other request about your personal information, write to the same address and say what you would like done. We handle these without undue delay; the categories of data involved and their retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Two things worth knowing before you ask: uploaded images are deleted immediately after processing rather than retained, and the Product Placement tool never uploads anything at all — those images stay in your browser.

Feature requests and everything else

Requests for a language we do not support yet, a format we do not read, or a workflow we have not thought of are all welcome. So are business enquiries and partnership questions — they reach the same inbox and get routed internally.
